Factory or Hard (Full) Reset:


It may be necessary to perform a factory reset if your device fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped.

Important Instructions:

  • If you have an external memory in your device, you must remove it to avoid losing your important data, since the process of hard reset will erase all content in its path.
  • As the internal memory can not be removed, I suggest you make a complete backup of your important files, because the hard reset will delete all data types or existing files.
  • Beofore starting make sure you have the device charged up to 70%

Hard Reset Through iphone Settings:
  1. Your mobile should be switched on.
  2. Go to Home and Tap on Settings.
  3. Tap on General > Reset > "Erase All Content and Settings".
  4. You will see the warning to confirm the reset.
  5. Enter Passcode if required.
  6. Wait to finish the whole operation.
Hard Reset Through iphone Buttons:
  • Plug in your iPhone to the computer and open iTunes.
  • select your iPhone from the left menu in iTunes.
  • Click the Restore button in iTunes.
  • Click Restore to confirm information about this procedure.
  • The iTunes will download, prepare and restore the software on your iPhone.
  • To finish operation choose "Set up as a new iPhone".
  • Put the name for your phone.
  • That's it.
Warning: 

This will erase all your personal information, any contacts stored on your device and any programs that have been installed. You should only perform a clean boot when all other options have failed to restore your device to an operational state.
