Perform Factory Reset on HTC One S

In this new tutorial I'll show you how to apply a hard reset HTC One S through two methods. Accessed from the menu first and second following a combination of buttons.

Important Note: 
Before applying any of the two methods, it is recommended that a complete backup of important data that are hosted on the internal memory of the device and if we have an external memory entered into the device.

The methods are really simple but for the second method is recommended to pay close attention, because with a bit slack, we could not have results. Here we go.

First we will apply the first method is the simplest. This hard reset is also known as "Factory data reset" and what it does, like the second method is to delete the entire contents of the device to be left in a state factory. It is used for those times when the device gets slow and do not know what else to do. Let's look at how this applies reset.


Reset Through Phone Setting:
  • Open the main menu.
  • We go to Settings.
  • We walked into memory, down to the end and enter factory data reset.
  • Reset phone and finally Clear All.
Wait for the phone to restart and would be ready. Thus a reset is applied from the main menu to HTC One S.

Reset Through Phone Buttons:

  • Turn off the device.
  • Press the button to lower the volume and immediately the Power button until the Reset menu appears first.
  • In the Reset menu down the volume down key until the Clear Storage option and press Power to confirm.

The device will reboot and already would reset. So easy is to apply a hard reset the HTC One S.
